This is a letter of recommendation for Belle Fete Events & Catering.
In late September we had a tented outdoor wedding for our youngest son. It never rained so hard as it did that day! Many complications happened because of the weather but I have to say NOTHING went wrong with the catering. Everything was done to perfection! The fish was superb and people made statements like "I never eat fish but I ended up eating the whole thing!". My husband enjoyed his beef tenderloin so much that he ended up eating two portions! The salad was light and so unique. Usually you have the same bill of fare at weddings. Not this event. The courtiousness of the staff was outstanding as they went out of their way to provide shelter from the elements. I could go on and on.
